These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of enesi.com.au and any purchase or enrolment made through our website. By accessing or using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. General Information

Enesi (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website as a professional training platform and online store for cosmetic and aesthetic products. All products and services offered are intended for lawful use by qualified individuals or entities within Australia and New Zealand.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or enrol in a course. Some products, devices or training programs are available only to registered healthcare professionals (e.g. doctors, nurses, or authorised practitioners).

3. Orders and Payments

  • Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or dispatched.
  • We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • Enesi reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion (e.g. stock unavailability, pricing error, or ineligible buyer).

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from New South Wales, Australia.
  • Delivery times vary by location; delays may occur beyond our control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
  • International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or local taxes payable by the recipient.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We comply with the Australian Consumer Law regarding defective or faulty goods.
  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@enesi.com.au with your order number, description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging.
  • We do not accept change of mind returns, so please choose carefully.

Refund Processing: Refunds for damaged or faulty items will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days after the returned product is inspected.

Exclusions:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
  • To initiate a return or resolve shipping issues, please contact us at info@enesi.com.au.
  • Due to the nature of cosmetic and medical supplies, returns for change of mind are not accepted once goods have been opened or used.
  • Training enrolments are non-refundable once a course has commenced or access materials have been provided.

6. Training and Education

  • Enrolments are subject to availability and prerequisite qualifications.
  • Enesi reserves the right to modify or reschedule training sessions.
  • Course content is for educational purposes and does not replace independent clinical judgment or regulatory compliance obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, product descriptions, images, and training materials are owned by or licensed to Enesi. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enesi.com.au and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or Indirect Damages: Including, but not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or profits, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
  • Improper Use of the Product: Any damages resulting from the misuse or unauthorised use of the Juvasonic® device. Product performance may vary depending on individual use and adherence to manufacturer or training instructions.
  • Third-Party Issues: Problems stemming from third-party payment processors, delivery providers, or other external parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product causing the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or applicable New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent purposes.
  • Interfere with site functionality or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Post or share harmful, defamatory or misleading content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Transactions are deemed to occur in Australia. If you are located in New Zealand, you may have rights under New Zealand consumer protection laws to the extent those laws apply.
